Have used them before but no work done this time. Went to store yesterday and discussed in detail what was needed,how much,time required & when they could do it. They said bring it in today which I did but the time required had grown but they were prepared to "fast track" it for tomorrow if I paid more money.Deplorable - their excuse was a pile of work to be done which I pointed out wasn't there yesterday and why should I wait while the other work was done before me?

We bought a new desktop and laptop a while ago (elsewhere) and after a while decided the desktop needed more memory plus some additional media devices/readers. It impressed me greatly that all the required items were in stock AND installed while we waited!! The whole upgrade was done in a most efficient 20-30 mins which meant I never suffered the (gross) inconvenience of being without my PC for days on end!! (Do I sound like a computer geek?)

I will add that we visited this store as a matter of convenience and with no prior knowledge of the workmanship or level of service. Very glad to have found this place :)
