Ok it's older the furnishings are from the 80's, but it's clean and rooms are big and clean, showers are hot and staff friendly. Best of all it is only $99 a night. We were just one street from beach, and walking distance from surf clubs, restaurants, bars supermarkets etc. central to casino and surfers paradise. Happy to recommend if you want cheap cheerful accomodation. We were very happy with hotel the savings on accomodation spent on food and wine.
