Went to dinner with a large group (50) and initially was worried that with such a large group we'd have to wait for a long time for our food. Surprsingly we didn't have to wait too long.

Hadn't booked but had no trouble getting a table. Service was quick and attentive. Went with two chefs, so, bound to be a few niggles. Complimentary bread did not materialise. Also, how can you call something a Caesar salad when it's missing 3 major ingredients? Was just lettuce, shaved parmesan and croutons. Steak was tender and cooked correctly, pasta was quite tasty, seats uncomfortable.

The food is OK, what you expect from a steak house. A nice family place.

The problem with the service is that they are unable to make change correctly and can take a long time to work it out. This has happened on more than one occasion. Otherwise the service is standard.

This place is always packed and ofter best to book ahead to ensure you get a table. We go there often. Most of the time the service is good and we cant complain about the food. It can be a little loud in the restaurant

The food and service is great. The music is a bit loud. I like to be able to have a conversation when I go out for dinner. I enjoy the queensland chicken and prawns.

The atmosphere is amazing! It is always packed to the rafters and the staff are excellent and friendly. Service can be a wait but it is worth it. The steaks here are worth the money. The bacon and cheese covered chips are a favourite with the kids. Good for a special occasion.
