Terrible experience and put us off returning. Steak was not cooked to our liking and they refused to try and rectify it. Staff had a foul attitude, needless to say we left unimpressed.

had the 1 kilo steak to eat in 30 min and its free, got ripped of because my friend and i both did this in under 30 min, but they were only willing to give one free, made the excuse that 30 min had run out and it had'nt. have never returned and never will, Don't false advertise

OMG Absolutely love this place! the prices are well worth the quality of the product. Cant wait to go back again and again and again!

I was really disappointed with my dining experience at Outback Jacks. The steaks were overly expensive, and mine wasn't cooked properly. The staff cooking the steaks don't look very experienced, so this is where the problem probably lies. I won't go here again.
