Some great stylists, but disappointing service recently considering how expensive their hair styling services are. I was quoted $366 for foils on my hair parting because extra unwanted services were added. After removing some of them, the cost was reduced to $266. Yet I was still continually pushed hair products. A cup of tea was provided which was cold and I had to ask for another. On leaving. I was told eftpos was down and I would have to pay cash. Then asked “would I leave something behind” before leaving the salon. As a regular customer I felt totally insulted. When I returned, they couldn’t find a morning booking with my hair stylist 5-6 weeks in advance. So I think it’s perhaps time to find a new hairdresser!!
