I have been a customer here for a few years but it has gone so far down hill now i felt i have to say something as they have no customer service and the standard of tailoring is terrible.

My latest order which was put in almost two years ago now for some tailored shirts is still outstanding.
After three attempts they still couldn't get it right and now there is just no contact, no follow up nothing.

Despite making trips in to try the shirts on and taking valuable time off work and losing money in the process to compound things, nothing no calls no emails nothing, and a couple of shirts that could fit Quasimodo!

Stay clear of them, unless they do something to improve you can definitely call this the rag trade because that is what they have produced.

Approximate cost: $800

For around $800-1200, you get a custom made suit with your pick of fabric, cut and style. The difference compared to an off the rack suit is evident, whether it is a slightly smaller waist or elongated wrist.
Why would you purchase an off the rack suit at ie. R&B for virtually the same price?
