Very caring orthodontist. Great attention to detail. Doesn't rush you out and very clear about what's going on. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend.

I started my orthodontic treatment when I was in the middle of secondary, aiming to get my braces off past VCE.

To begin with, the reception staff were completely rude and spoke quite abhorrently to my mother. They acted like she could not understand them as she was an immigrant, which was highly incorrect.

I went through the treatment, which was extended over and over. Finally, my braces were taken off. However, they did not last less than a year before they started moving naturally to their original bad state.

I always wore my retainers as much as recommended from the beginning, as I feared this happening. Whenever my retainers broke, I came back the same day, only to be charged an extra $100 - $200 for a repair.

Finally, the gaps between my teeth became too large, and I had to have my braces on for a second time, after already having them on for three years. I had them on for approximately 1 year and a half before taking them off again.

Upon the second removal, I asked Dr Ferguson what would happen if they moved again. He simply told me that he had no control over that, as it was the "nature of [my] teeth to move", in his exact words. That would have been handy to know before I had spent $8,000 though.

Finally, he made my sign a waiver that if my teeth were to move once again, he would not be liable and not be obligated to put back the braces on. He never scheduled for any other check ups.

To put it plainly, the whole ordeal was unprofessional and quite upsetting.

I also have two friends who have had their braces done at Dr Ferguson's clinic. Both of their teeth have moved extensively since too.

Dr Ferguson follows up with his patients to make sure they are happy and satisfied.
Very clean clinic, staff are very friendly and very well organised, you won't find better service any where else highly recommend.

He's my orthodontist and he's really professional. For many people who fits braces, it hurts a lot for them but for me, it's never really bother me, in terms of pain, when I get it fitted or re-tightened. He works really gently on you and brings your discomfort down to a minimal and he's highly recommended for anyone who's planning on going to get braces fitted.
