Called this business up to find out how long it would take to receive an iPhone 5 if ordered in today. They person answering the phone answered "what do you mean ordered? you can't just order over the phone - you have to come into the store and fill out paperwork!" in a very rude manner. I find that kind of service appalling.
Stock is as you would expect for an Optus store however the service at this shop definitely has room for improvement.
From my experience the staff tend to just point you towards a brochure instead of explaining things and going through the deals with you.
