we entered the store wanting to upgrade my husbands phone, we had to wait around for 20mins before being served while two workers sat at a bototh talking. when we finally got served there was no hello just what can i do for you. i asked the young lady if we could upgrade my husbands phone and got a humm to what phone? i told her but she just stood there like she didnt know what i was talking about. we finally were asked to join her in the booth for her to just sit at the computer typing numbers in and saying very little. when she finally did speak she asked me to make my children shut up!!! they were talking to each other, i was not happy and let her know about it then proceded to leave the store and left my husband to deal with her. he ended up getting his phone and leaving.
will never go there again

You really should have made a formal complaint to the management. If we accept this kind of non-service it will never improve.
