I personally wouldn't choose to shop at this Optus store if there's other options (which there is)
the service is never very good.
I feel the staff are alwayssssss rude and seem quite arrogant

I went to this store to sign up for a new phone and it was so much easier than expected! They answered all my questions without any problems in a way I understood. I'll definitely buy all my phones here from now on!
