I went into Optics to have a pair of sunglasses tightened, I hadn't bought them here but the gentleman who served me was great. He wouldn't accept payment, was technically switched on and from now on I'm coming here for all my glasses.Id been going to a well known chain who offer 2 for one deals but I've found their glasses although cheaper are filmsy on the arm area,and the service seems contrived.

Very knowledgeable optometrist and dispenser. People people, not just normal staffs like in chain stores.
