We upgraded our internet service with OntheNet from 39 gig ($29.00/month) to 60 gig (49.00/month). I got no problem with their customer service. They handled my request really well. The internet service is really the best and their website allows you to monitor your internet usage which is really helpful to me. I would love to recommend them.
