Perhaps a tad pricier than other plumbers, but the service really was standout. The tradesman took off his shoes without being asked, worked cleanly and didn't leave any mess, and got the job done properly.

I chose you from your website listing. I guess your website stood out for me. I was looking for a particular product, as it turned out the person who came to quote was very good at explaining why it wouldn't work in my situation and offering options which we took.
Satisfied with the way things were dealt with, how the quote was given.
David was very courteous, arrived on time, was prompt and got the job done quickly.
I rent my premises and the landlord asked that the old hot water system be kept on site as he wants to install it somewhere else (it is old but still works). David offered and helped to move it to a storage area so that a trip to the tip and tip fee were avoided. I would not hesitate to recommend Omega again.

I am happy to provide some informations as follows.

The thing that stood out for me was considerations and high standards of how well these young men conducted themselves. They had terrible job where they were working directly under our floor in the main office and would stay down there for many hours without making any fuss. It was also a very messy job but they were always very considerate by taking off they muddy overalls and shoes and always putting down ground sheets. They were under our floor for a week and even though it was right in the middle of our office they performed their work with an absolute minimum of fuss and we didnt really know they were there except for the small opening in the floor which they had to crawl in and out of!
I was so impressed by the incredible work ethics and manners of these workmen, that I made a point of contacting our Property Manager Robyn to praise the efforts of these young guys- these comments were passed on to your organisation.
I am very satisfied with Omega as we had engaged many people before to try and fix the problem, but it was such an unpleasant job no-one wanted to undertake it.
The young guys who undertok the job and fixed fixed our problems certainly desrve some extra recognition from your company and I would definately recommend Omega to my family and friends and also definately use them if I had a plumbing problem in my own home.
