This rice bowl bar is a hidden treasure. The first time I visited, I was happy to see that the prices are extremely affordable. I would say that the only problem is that there is often a long queue, and there is not much space to dine.

Oiden is a busy Japanese fast food restaurant/bar. We where here for dinner and there is a long queue.

When you come to Oiden, decide on your order and once your in the queue you will place your order at the Cashier and move along the cafeteria style setup and your food is ready. We ordered the Double BBQ Wagyu Beef bowl and the Oiden BBQ Beef bowl & both came with rice and pickled ginger. We also selected a a value set A for $2.50 extra, our meals came with miso soup and a drink (house made honey and lemon drink).
Once you have your food, the hardest part can be finding a table when they are busy. The beef and rice are so delicious and you get a smokey sweet soy sauce to pour all over your beef and rice.
