I think that Officework is pretty good value as far as prices go and the staff are very helpful. I was having problems with a faulty ebook I had bought from there so they readily exchanged it for another one. We have also have bought other items from them since and have full confidence in them and their exchange policy if needed.

I was having a lot of trouble finding the right ink cartridges for my Canon printer. All the places that used to sell them (Myers, Post Office, etc.) no longer stock them. This is probably because my printer is about 7 years old, but I do feel that the place I bought it (Myers) should still stock the ink. After driving all over the coast trying to find them I finally tried the Officeworks website and there they were. I ordered them plus some packets of photograph paper (which Myers also no longer stocks) I placed my order at 3pm and it arrived the next day. If you order before 11.30am they will do same day delivery. Free postage if order is more than $55. I have listed the details as Southport but am not sure whether they came from there or Burleigh. Have placed two orders now and am very happy indeed with their service.

I found the store easy to locate and it has lots of parking. The staff were very helpful and the set out is good. Also there were lots of self-serve copiers so that you didn't have to wait and these were conveniently located near the front entrance.
