Can't say I was impressed with their online website. I have purchased instore before and found some great products that just aren't available online.

Officeworks online system is the worst I have experienced. You use a service like this for convenince and unfortunatly they do not deliver this to a very high level. You would expect that the online arm of this chain would have access to all the resources and more than the stores but this is not the case. You can buy only what you see in the online catalouge and the range is a big let down. There are items we know we need and still can't be made available. If they were rare then ok, but these are everyday items which we now just have to go down to the store to buy.
