it's a huge store and i can get lost in there for quite a while looking at everything. they stock a huge array of office supplies/equipment/furniture, even coffee and lollies in large bags! the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. the management will always help you with a problem. i lost my receipt for a broken printer but they honoured it and replaced it.

Very rasonable price. They beat competitor's price by 10 % too. Also lots of specials every now and then. I love the store and always go their to buy stationary and office products.

Very open spaced, and organized. Easy access to anything off the shelf because there are employees willing to reach for the product you wish using the ladder apparatus.

Officeworks is usually very good with value for money and quality products. But I recently visited this Alexandria one (not my local one) to get some printing and binding done for a uni project. The price was reasonable, but the printer had run out of ink and the sales person refused to print another copy for me, so I was forced to take away this sub-standard project. I was really unhappy with that service, needless to say.
