You need to ensure that you get the colour chosen. I was there recently and the technician used a totally different colour to the one I chose. She claimed that it was the same colour number as the sample. They need to check with their suppliers as different brands will have the same codes but colour if polish us different. Don't know if I will go back again.

Treatment to Brazilian waxing was absolutely rushed and painful. After complaining to the staff that the wax was to hot she didn't care and kept waxing. This resulted in me being burnt on several parts and sore for hour's. Beware worst experience ever. Uncaring and not professional.

The staff are very friendly and provide good service. Some of the new staff don't seem to have the level of training required and sometimes make mistakes (which can be a little painful). I would go back for particular services but would stay away from some i.e. I had acrylic nails put on which were great but when taking them off she pretty much just pulled them off and even when it was hurting she still didn't use the dissolving solution.

My experience with Odyessy was not impressive to say in the least. The nail technician (if she was one), glued her thumb to mine and proceeded to rip it off. She made a mistake with the white tips and got PLYERS to rip it off instead of using solution. She sliced two of my fingers open with a nail file, and cut 4 other nails with the small gold buffer machine.
