I recently used the services of Ocean Grove Couriers and was pleasantly surprised. I have to admit that I was very apprehensive after reading the 'Corporate Traveller' review, however seeing that it was only one review on this website I thought that I would give them a chance. I called and spoke to a Gentleman about getting a price for a parcel pickup from Geelong that I required to be delivered to my residence in Ocean Grove. The Gentleman on the phone was extremely pleasant and quoted me a very reasonable price. He said that he would be in Geelong to pick up the parcel just after lunch on the same day and deliver it to me later on in the afternoon. No more than a few hours later I had the parcel in my hand. The driver mentioned that new owners had taken over the business during the middle of this year as the previous owners had retired. I would highly recommended Ocean Grove Couriers and will be doing so for any further deliveries or pickups I require.

RUDE Staff.. called and mentioned the company where i was calling from and i was told not interested and hung up on! i called back and said i would like to have a delivery organised and was hung up on again!! Poor form!
