Needed a pink slip and was told 2 of my tyres needed a change. Ordered tyres and it was done. But... i know for a fact that my car was taken for a joyride. My EV car has enough battery life (18 km) to get me home when I sent my car in. When I picked up my car, the battery was flat, and was on engine mode, which puzzled me. It finally "clicked" when the receptionist handed my keys to me, and told me my car was so "nice" to drive. Makes you wonder where they took your car for a drive, and 18km at that!!!!

Worst part is after changing the tyres, they did not bother to check the new tyre pressure, and left it so high that it screwed up my car sensors, giving me a warning of "loss of tyre pressure". I swear to myself never again am I going to bring my car in to this place for anything.

Had my car serviced there, told my car had major problems. Thought that was odd because I always get my car regularly serviced (not my usual nrma that I go to). Had $800 worth of work done on my car and told to come again for further work that needed to be done on my car as there was serious problems. Had asked for my old parts back, (which they didn't give back). I knew something was wrong when I started questioning the work done on my car as I wanted to understand what the problems were, the man I spoke to starting treating me like an idiot. I paid the money quietly and walked out.

Had my car assessed by another mechanic as I was unhappy with their explanation.
He said I was over-serviced, in other words had 'so called repairs' that I didn't need at all.

In other words in my experience the nrma at seven hills likes to make a few extra bucks by making repairs that your car doesn' t need. I had put my trust and my money at nrma as I thought they would be reputable- NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have never done a review but felt compelled to tell everyone the nrma at seven hills isn't professional in their services.

I had three small kids with me and a long wait, they where amazing, even putting on the wiggles for them!!! i had a coffee and they explained everything in simple details so i could understand it. Will always go there. Congrats Guys!!!!
