Called Excel to come and sort out my garage door as it kept going up half way through close. turns out the previous owner of the house had installed the motor back to front and this was causing problems with the operation. The guy from Excel called me to explain what was happening; what he would have to do to rectify and how much it would cost. Friendly, honest, and accommodating. I also need another smaller garage door so Excel Garage Doors will definitely be my first port of call.
