Television was small and snowy. No internet in rooms. Aircon was really noisy. We paid for a room for 3 and my daughter was placed on a sofa bed which when set out took over half the room which was small enough anyway. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

This is a beautiful resort, set on a large lake with hotel and apartment accommodation. We stayed in an apartment with cooking facilities but they have 4 restaurants you can go too
or get take away. You need to make reservations for their fine dining restaurant as soon as you get there

we stayed in the apartments and they are beautifully designed and furnished.They are separate to the main resort closer to the beach but you can use all the resort facilities for free.accor members also get a discount on the resorts restaurant.

Got the room on special and I suppose you get what you pay for. Small dirty room, poor service, none of the advertised activities operating, internet down the whole week, no live music at the bar. A real shame when I booked a whole week there and was bored by the 3rd day. They wanted to charge me $5 room service fee when I asked for a knife to cut a piece of fruit. Would not recommend staying there. Plenty of nice family owned hotel/motels in that region instead.

Rooms a bit tired but the service was very good. Friendly, polite staff. The kids club was excellent. Food was okay but there was a good choice. Lovely views from the rooms.

It is not too far from Brisbane, and yet, it is like a little Paradise! The price is reasonable for being one of the prestigeous hotels in the world. It offers wonderful breakfast, activities and beach is just in the walking distance too, but you can enjoy sailing in Catamaran in their private lake. Fantastic rooms with views. Receptionist was a bit lacking smiles and less professional in the younger stuff, but it was a wonderful weekend getaway!!
