My experience at Northcote MEdical Group was terrible. I had to wait over an hour to see a doctor that new nothing about my problem. It then took months to get a referral out of them (she kept referring me to doctors that were no longer practising). Now I am wanting to move doctors and they will not release my records to me and claim they need to be requested by another GP. According to the Health Records Act this is not true. Please don't waste your time with this clinic.
