Overall, an average experience.
They did quite a good job with a full roof tile re-capping and partial re-bedding initially, but on closer inspection after they left a few small areas lacked the quality I was hoping for (small areas missed, gaps in capping). Gutter cleaning was also included in the quote and it obviously wasn't even touched.

They were initially happy to come back and take a look, but after three scheduled times that no one arrived when they said they would I was less than impressed.

Following this, I requested to speak to the owners but it was again only admin that got back to me, with the only excuse being that they're sorry and that the tilers are very busy at the moment. They told me someone would be there ASAP to complete the job.
My wife and I were away for a few days, so I requested that they confirm with me when the job was done and that I would still like to speak to management.
We arrived home and it looks as though someone has been to fix the job, but I still haven't heard back from them at all.

In my opinion, their customer service is unreliable and I won't be hiring them again. In saying that, the job was eventually done to a satisfactory standard that serves my needs.

We chose NSRT even though they were not the cheapest quote we received. It turned out to be one of those horror stories you hear about tradies. Numerous issues. The main and most important point was the extremely poor quality of work. They were engaged to:
-supply and install new tiles for the whole roof
-replace valley irons

The roof ended up being so poorly done that it leaked significantly more than before they touched it. We had an independent plumber assess the work and the pictures he took showed the extremely poor quality of work they did. This includes:
-trashing of the existing under-flashing, resulting in water entering the roof and causing internal damage
-disrupting the sky light as a result of the under-flashing being damaged
-sections of the roof had visible humps
-cracks were present in the capping
- tiles were jagged and not cut cleanly
Needless to say, there have been ongoing issues that still remain unresolved despite numerous calls and correspondence.
