The service was average, [redacted due to personal identifier] working there tried charging me for my order twice. Ordered chicken nuggets but they were far from your average nuggets, look disgusting and tasted worse. Food was oily and left us all feel horrible afterwards, threw most of it in the bin. One thing they do well is gravy!

not a very pleasant experience at all. use to have a regular takeout night here once a week had a break for a bit went back to new owners and staff and to say the least I am a bit disgusted.
was not even noticed when walked in had to wait for two girls to finish there chat about there weekend plans before I could interrupt to ask to be served, waited way to long for our number to be called out which never happened. when asked where it was the young girl pulled from the hot box where I had been standing the whole entire time. food was right but quality was disgusting way to oily salty cold and soggy. will not be going back until something changes
To start off when my partner and myself walked into the store we where not acknowledged and had to ask to be served. As we waited inside the store our order was placed into the hot box and our number was not called out. After a while we noticed food in the hot box which I thought to be ours so I asked and the girl said yep sure and gave us our food. We got home to realise not only was our food cold, soggy, un salted and very poorly presented, it wasn't what we ordered. The burgers were wrong and we where missing food as well. We will never go back to this shop.
Friendly staff but not always the best oil that it's cooked in. Felt sick after having hot chips there on a few occasions.

The service here is fantastic. Rather than wait in the shop for my order, I sat outside in my car & when my order was ready, they brought it out to me! Couldn't believe it, where else do you find service like that?
I agree with this rating and also the best tasting fish and chips, not fatty and I believe they use a special oil to cook the food that is better for our health.
This is one fish and chip shop that I will return to, again and again.
