I moved to Victor Harbor from Sydney almost 20 years ago and I was fortunate to find Norfolk House through a recommendation shortly after. I value my relationship with a medical centre as importantly as that with my Doctor and indeed my own health. I have been exceptionally impressed by the services offered by Norfolk House and Dr Russell. I have no hesitation in recommending them and there is also the added bonus of the best pharmacist I have ever met, Tim at Swans Pharmacy which is attached to the centre.. ️️️

I have been to Norfolk House many times and have always found all staff to be highly professional, caring, and efficient. They are a very busy clinic and is sometimes hard to get an appointment, however if your situation is an emergency you will usually be seen the same day. Highly recommended.

this is my regular doctors practice. they are always very busy but if you have an honest emergency they will always make sure you are seen as soon as possible by one of the doctors. they will always make room for a sick child. all of the the doctors are very kind and caring as are the the girls on the front desk
