My husband and I took the NobleBirth childbirth preparation classes after a recommendation by a patient. They were fantastic, we learned a great deal about breathing, positions and relaxation techniques for labour. We learned none of this in our hospital classes and my husband understood exactly what to do when i went into labour. I especially loved being treated with respect about my choices and that the educator was skilled and knowledgable about pregnancy and birth without being judgemental or challenging my medical knowledge. My husband felt very confident and extremely happy with the course.
