Do not trust staff at Maroochydore store as they will make numerous promises that will never be fulfilled. We were stuffed around for 5 months, having to use an expensive lounge with cords running across our floor due to the store managers own admitted error. There would never have been a resolution without our persistent follow up. Service is poor. Communication is non existent. Thoroughly disappointed.

We had found a Buffet here we liked which no other stores had even something similar, the price of the item was advertised on the item and there was no moving on the price. Once we enquired about pick up or delivery we were advised that the product had to be delivered at a cost of $90, unless we wanted to drive to Brisbane to collect the item. There was no store pick up service offered. I believe this is bordering on false advertising as each piece of furniture on the floor has to be delivered the actual price on the items should include the delivery cost. The delivery was also botched with the truck drivery "Apparently" forgetting our delivery. Once we phoned they did deliver the item on the specified day but outside of the time we were advised it would be delivered. All in all it most porbably be the last time we purchase anything from this store.
