I would never use this agency again. The women thats the boss is not the friendliest person I have ever met. House inspection where always organised and they never showed up. When we left the house we lost bond for some blinds that where broken that fell apart on there own because they where old. Not Happy!

i rented on heatherton rd a house for six years i was a a single motyer for the who;e time if i didnt work sometime i couldt pay the rent on time but it was all ways paid, 6 yeasrs i m allowed to live there, they only come out a few times wera and tear after 6 years one month notice after haveing my second son and he was only two months old and my 11 year old why we have to leave our home and the receptionist was the most up it self, cold person.

This so called estate agents would have to be the worst experience that I have ever had with selling a property.
1. They took all their own photos in house of the property and these looked quite average when compared to those agents who use a professional photographer.
2. They were very slow to upload the property onto the web and this took almost a week. Once the property was listed it then took almost another week to get the listing correct - they had rooms wrong, layout etc incorrect and spelling mistakes in the listing.
3. Finally after 3 months the property sold and during this time we had moved into our new property - little did we know that they had given the new owners a key to go and inspect the property (without AN AGENT PRESENT) and that they had copied the key and had moved their THINGS INTO THE HOUSE 3 WEEKS BEFORE SETTLEMENT!!! The agent could only apologise and then I had to push to get some rent from them.... UNBELIEVEABLE

The customer service is non existant and being run by too many family people I think takes the eye off the prize....

These guys are super bad news and I will never again use them for any property sales again!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
