Shop is selling products out of date by 1 and 2 years which I inadvertently purchased including food products. I did contact them via email to inform them of this when I realised and although they offered to refund my money I was not able to make it back into the store AND the manager/owner called me the male equivalent of my name in the return email. I feel this was deliberate as I had the hide to complain and he didn't like it as it's not hard to get a name right when it's literally in my email address and the body of the email.
