Love this place - it's personally my fav for Siu long bao and the soup filled bun - and that includes Shanghai! The place is clean and big but my problem is even when I just go with my kid I order so much a 2 person table doesn't fit! Gets crazily busy on weekends so must book. Wait staff are lovely and works hard - sometimes there are not enough of them but that's not the fault of those waiting.

The place is spacious and clean. Although the queue is very long during peak time, you get to your seats at a very reasonable time.

The waiting time for food is reasonable. The food is delicious and price is value for the ambience and service.
