As a teacher I made a trip to this shop for supplies. I was disappointed with what they have in stock, although they will order for you if they can get it. Prices do not seem competitive.

I paid for the whole amount of my daughter's high school textbook pack but was told I have to wait for some to arrive. That was ok, so I just waited. After 2 months of waiting for books to come in and after weekly phone calls checking on their progress, one of the staff members discovered that "oh, the dictionary hasnt been ordered in yet". When the dictionary did finally arrive they then tried to tell me "You haven't paid for it yet".I didn't bring the original receipt, hence, I had no proof, so the cashier gave me the wonderful option of paying for the dictionary there and then and then bringing the receipt back as proof Ive paid and then getting a refund once I'd PROVED I'd paid. Oh that was the worst especially because I knew I HAD paid and plus I had driven from Mount Druitt on two or three occasions to pick up individual books that had arrived in in dribs and drabs.It was only after I INSISTED quite firmly that they double check that they found I HAD paid for it. The worst thing was the attitude. Not just on that occasion but pretty much every time I went in there the staff were rude. Sorry but BIG thumbs down.

Great place to get all high school students work books. But some of the time they have to order them in and it can take up to 3 weeks.

I have been to the store several times as a teacher and as a parent looking for educational books/supplies. Unfortunately I have never been offered assistance, nothing in the store has prices on it and the staff do not leave the desk if you ask for help.
