Went to get advice chemicals for a new spa. The woman with curly hair was the most rudest retail worker I've ever come across. Abrupt, short and kept saying what she wouldn't do but wouldn't give me advise on what to do. I ended up walking out and driving 5 mins up the road to swimmart where I received exceptional service and help within 10mins. I won't ever be going back to Neptune's Morayfield again!

Rude Rude Ruuuudddeeee! I have been in here on 5 seperate occasions and each time have dealt with the rudest of sales staff. Very unhelpful and rude. More interested in taking your money and not helping fix your problem. I found a new pool shop and definitely do not reccomend this one.
