Disappointing facial treatment that was lacking the basic elements I'm used to. The treatment room (and therapists hands) were freezing cold and really took away from the experience. I won't be back.

I have been going to Natskin for a few years now and the new location is lovely. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the service is great. If you're looking for a massage I'd probably suggest going to an actual massage therapist but for facials and waxing I would definitely recommend Natskin

FANTASTIC! A million stars. By far my favourite place to get any kind of beauty treatment. My most recent splurge was my second ever spray tan and this one was a success. They use Tuscan Sun brand tan and it's so natural, you won't believe it. Gives you a real mediterranean glow and it lasts about a week. Not patchy, very even and totally professional. The staff are really friendly and the whole place is excellent.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have very good customer service and they all know what they are doing and do it very well. My only complaint is that they are not exactly the cheapest.

I think this place has great people working for them, who do a great job. Everytime I have been I felt look after. I think it is a little expensive.

I've been to Natskin on many occasions for both massage/facial packages and for waxing. It's always a friendly, relaxing and professional environment. They also always run on time! I am fussy about my massages and have always been very impressed by every massage I have had there, always by a different therapist. I also had pregnancy massages which were divine!

Relaxing tranquil environment, the therapists are friendly and welcoming, and do a lovely job of relaxing you whether it's a facial, pedicure or massage (all of which I have tried) or any of their other services. I always feel so relaxed I don't want to leave. They also have an extensive range of beauty products available, some of which can be a bit costly but the quality is great, however you don't feel pressured to buy their products, you can simply go and enjoy whatever treatment you like.
