Highly recommend Trade Car Transport, they transported my car from Perth to Brisbane in less than two weeks everyone else was saying three weeks. Needed my car for work.

Thanks Trade Car Transport, your service was brilliant from start to finish.

Totally agree with this.

My work colleagues drove down from the mines in the top end of WA and dropped their vehicles off at their Perth depot at Kewdale and vehicles were transported in the same fashion as mine.

A1 PERFECT service when it comes to transporting cars from one side of Australia to the other.

Thanks you Trade Car Transport and your team, you have impressed a number of my friends and work mates and they have suggested to their contacts to communicate with you when they are wanting to transport their cars.

Useless. Quoted for a job and as soon as I paid and they collected the car I was told the job couldn't be done without paying an extra $220.
Communication was shocking and customer service is almost non-existent.

Please save yourself the trouble and use a better company.

I will NEVER use Trade Car Transport again and will never recommend them to anyone I know.

Now 3 months later I am still waiting on a refund of a few hundred dollars because I had to drive 200km to pick the car up from the nearest depot.

Very unprofessional and if they remain like this i cant imagine them being in business much longer.

My family moved from Brisbane to Melbourne and Trade Car Transported moved four cars for us. From the very start the customer service were friendly and their follow ups to our enquiries were professional. Prices were very good and it suited our tight budget and moving four cars they gave us a package deal at even a lesser price which my wife was very very happy with.
All cars arrived at Melbourne within the time frame that the customer service centre told us and were not damaged. We were not able to collect all four cars at the one time and Trade Car Transport were very flexible with us collecting over a number of days.
I would freely recommend for anyone to transport their vehicles with Trade Car Transport and as we moved four in one go, any fleet organisation will be very impressed with the service they would receive.
Once again, thank you Trade Car Transport from the Carr family. I have also liked your Facebook page and will be telling all of my work colleagues to contact you if they move interstate.

My family relocated from Cairns to Perth the other week and transport three vehicles. Throughout the whole experience, the sales people were amazing and very informative and when I had a lot of questions to tick off my list. After I confirmed the bookings, I received further information from their operations section advising me of who to contact so I and my family could track our vehicles at all times. The times that we were told were only estimated times, two of our vehicles arrived one day early that the expected date and the third vehicle was only two days delayed for whatever reason, I had no need to ask as the service provided was awesome.

THANK YOU TRADE CAR TRANSPORT - I WILL BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO ALL OF OUR DEFENCE FORCE COLLEAGUES TRANSFERRING AROUND AUSTRALIA.

Thanks

I am surprised by the comments on this website about Trade Car Transport. I was put on to them by a friend who moved two cars from Sydney to Perth and they thought they were very good. I moved two 4x4's with them, a Mitsubishi Pajero and a Toyota Hilux, initially we had to re-quote as the Pajero had a longer length then was allowed on the truck but they organised it for me easily and the vehicles both arrived earlier than they stated. Everytime I rang them, or emailed them - they were so easy to communicate with and didn't mind that I had small questions which they probably have to answer 200 times a day. The vehicles all arrived undamaged - which would probably not have been the case if I drove the cars myself! I am in the process of booking my third car with them and they are even allowing me to take some of our belongings in the car at only a few dollars extra. I guess only negative things get put on reviews or the internet but I can't find fault with them.

TCT are a booking service - they don't do the transporting themselves. So it depends who they manage to contract to do the transporting, and how good their communication with the contractors are. In my case, they were terrible, and very rude to me. I don't write many bad reviews (most are positive - see my stats), but TCT is easily the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Understand your concerns, I am sorry you had a bad experience but I have just moved my third vehicle with them and again I found them flawless - very friendly, accommodating & I got my car on time. The driver at the delivery end even moved my husbands unique car to allow me to get the new car in... He was great about it. He said he worked for Trade Car and it was their truck... I won't get involved in the politics but I would recommend them to anybody.

Beware of Tradecartransport!
Booked a car to be transported from Queensland to Melbourne and they lost my car.
Yes, a whole car.
Not only did it go missing, but I was the one who had to point out the error to them.
When I complained in writing, I received a response which deflected any blame, omitted to apologise (or even empathise with me!) and I still wasn't given an eta on when my car would be delivered.

TCT have a whole page on their website bragging about their customer service - well, this customer ain't impressed.

Approximate cost: $850

I had wished I read your review before going with trade cars transport. I had absolutely horrible experience from start to now and still problems yet to be resolved if it ever does. The delivery of my car was delayed by 2 weeks and now damaged. Apparently it was forgotten until I rang to follow up when it didn't show up on the agreed arrival date. They had subcontracted to some other company for the transportation and I was to call that company direct myself.

And when it finally arrived, I was shocked to see my once spotlessly clean and undamaged car was covered by bird excrement and grime so thick that it was almost not recognisable if it wasn't for the number plate. It incurred a big scratch down one side and other scratches else where. I had the delivery man make note of the damage on paper on the obvious scratch right at the time my car was dropped off.

Upon contacting trade cars, they quickly pushed the matter to another contact person, who is neither a company or an institute of any sort, but supposedly to be a middle man acting on behalf of trade cars for claims on insurance on which I had to pay an excess... and all contact I got was an email address.

And the more troubles continued from there. I had no reply until 2-3 weeks after emailing, then when I finally got a reply, I was asked to get quotes. Then I had further questions which were not answered for another 3 weeks.

Finally after forwarding the photos and the paper work, I was asked to see this man, who was from the company that was subcontracted to carry my car in the 2nd journey, for a "professional opinion". He was abrupt, and angrily denied fault that the damage was to do with transit.

Ridiculous as it is. The damages were there when my car was in the care of the transporting companies, and he could say it's not to do with transit?

A so call report was then given by this man from that transport company to the middle man acting on the claim, who then replied to me to say he will not pay for the damages because the report says the damage was not to do with transporting.

How can one give credit to a report made by someone who took part in the whole scenario of the damages made. How unjustifiable! It is clear that was their purpose was to deny blame as my paper work was completely ignored - their position was to deny all claims and so to not pay up for the damages.

For all who's reading, and I hope you do, find yourself a reliable transporter or else it will end up costing you too much, in time, headache, and money!

they are just a dodgy booking service that's all
