I don't really understand why service at businesses in the inner north always comes with a big fat serve of attitude. Seriously, this pub is ok but the bar staff are just so very rude.

the food servings are big. one of the best burgers in town. always full to the brim but a good atmosphere and close to the action of brunswick street.

I only wished we lived closer by so we could make this our 'regular'. Great atmosphere here and a wonderful menu to boot. Love the selection of 'old' favorites and modern cuisine offered up. Our food was really delicious, I had the duck confit while my partner bravely ordered the kangaroo fillets which he also quite enjoyed.

I love the parmas here! The only thing that can make me stand the bad weather to go over the way here! Best parma ever!

Great atmosphere too! Nice to sit back, relax and have a few drinks with your friends.

Excellent pub located in a fab spot in Fitzroy.
Great atmosphere with options of sitting out the front, inside or in the beer garden out the back.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. We had quite an array, fish of the day, chk snitz, curry, salad, burger etc etc and it was all of an excellent quality.
Very reasonable prices for what you get too.

Easy parking in the streets around.
A great venue for a dinner out with friends or the family (we had 2 young children dining with us)

this pub is great. it has the legendary bogan burger which i attempted to eat before i became proper veg. had to give up. quite the bargain too! lots of beer, other meal options available.

Hate your heart and arteries....then the bogan burger is the way to go. Great value for everything that they pack into it. Its located on a quiet little street too, not hard to find....just hard to leave!

Two words, BOGAN BURGER. An absolutely massive burger for $15.50, awesome value. The burger comes with a good serve of homemade wedges and a nice little salad.

Unlike after eating Maccas, I didn't have that coating of grease in my mouth afterwards, dare I say it is probably actually better for you, as this burger had a proper steak and chicken schnitzel, not a processed patty.

The pub itself is a nice and relaxed place, with a little beer garden around the back where you can enjoy your meal.
