I thought this was going to taste a lot better considering i have read some really great reviews?i was wrong-customer service was lacking and place was untidy.

Service was very slow and staff were very confused with orders,one of the staff was like grunting at people whilst people were ordering.was a weird and slow paced environment-food was not that nice.

Absolutely shocking service - staff would rather take a break or muck around with their phones than serve customers. They also don't know how to clean tables as when we dined in last week, over 80% of the tables were dirty with food/rubbish left on them after people had eaten and left. I have complained in writing to their national office and after promises of a phone call and response, I'm still waiting 10 days later. For the price they charge, the service should be excellent. Overall very disappointing. I have been to other Nando's stores and they are a lot better.

Great tasting food but service isn't the best. You can buy their peri peri salt and sauces from the store to take home at reasonable prices as well so you can take the experience home with you.

The food itself is awesome though the service and pricing leaves alot to be desired for a takeway chain store

stuffed up the order when there was only 8 people
