Worst facial ever. No ambiance. No technique. No genuine knowledge or professional craft...it pretty much felt like I was 5 again and had my mum slapping sunscreen on my face. Even her wiping off of products with the face-washer was rough and clumsy. Very, very underwhelming. I have tried and retried this place over the years but am very unlikely to go back. Overpriced and not at all competitive. Suburban beauty salon cliché.

Relatively basic salon, although has now moved to a new nicer, cleaner, venue. I've always found they have been great for basic waxing etc. Wouldn't necessarily go there for expensive or in depth treatments.

I've constantly retried this business over 10 years and unfortunately I'm not impressed by their services, even in their lovely new premises.
