Worst place for food and coffee. Waitresses were unattentive and borderline rude. Ordered a breakfast roll and it was bland and burnt. Will never go back there again.

We went for Mothers Day breakfast with my wife and 4 young kids. Arrived around 10:30am and our order was promptly taken. It then took 1 hour and 15 minutes for part of our order to arrive. The hash browns were still frozen in the centre so we politely asked for them to be cooked longer. One of our daughters pancakes were burnt on the bottom so badly that it was difficult to cut them up. Not wanting to make a fuss we just scraped the top off them and encouraged her to eat them. After another 15 minutes we were still waiting for 2 children's pancakes to arrive and for our frozen hash browns to be returned. It was now about 12 noon and our 2 kids who hadn't eaten were upset and hungry. I went to the counter to ask about the missing meals and was greeted by Harry who was working the counter. I asked how long it would take for the missing meals to arrive and was given attitude and the third degree. It was very awkward to be questioned about it because I was made to feel like I was being a pest. The other people in the cue were sympathetic but Harry's attitude was most definitely not. He started tallying up the bill and I asked if the missing meals would be made. Harry said 'NO' and then demanded $65 for the meals we did eat. I paid and left to go and find somewhere else to get breakfast for our other 2 kids.
The food we did have was average, the service from the girls was very good but the attitude from Harry made it a very bad experience. We won't ever eat there again while the same management are in control.

I have eaten here a few times and the food is always great with generous proportions. My favourite is the turkish with pumpkin and feta, it melts in your mouth.
The wait staff always bring water to the table and generally get to you quickly as sometimes its very busy. The only thing I could say is that they could smile more, they look as if they would rather be doing anything else.
Prices are pretty good too, nothing is really expensive

Have been here twice now with kids and my parents, I agree the food is great, very fresh and hot. Coffee is great, staff are young and are not always friendly. Plus they don't seem very interested or concerned when taking orders.
It's a great place to catch up with friends as everyone knows this place and central in the court.
I like sitting near the glass and the view from upstairs is great.

The redeeming factor of this cafe is the food. It's cooked well, and I had no complaints, it was one of the better breakfast sets I've had. However, I felt that the service was lacking, particularly as it wasn't an overly busy day. The waitresses were impolite, abrupt and generally did not look like they wanted to be there. I've had much better service elsewhere, and the price of the food is reasonable, but suggests a better service than what we got. I'd go again perhaps, as it is very local and convenient, but I'm hoping my experience service-wise was a once-off.

Nice cafe to come to with friends for a chat. Prices are reasonable and with the 25% discount voucher from Entertainment Book even more so.

This cafe is fantastic, I love coming here especially when meeting up with friends. The booth seating is great and the food, service and overall experience is always positive.
