We have banked with the NAB for years. The service we get here is just great. They are such a friendly bunch of people and always go out of there way to say hello. I went in the other week with a heap of coins that Id already counted and bagged only to find that they have an auto counter in the wall that you can just pour your coins into. The teller was so lovely the poor thing had to weigh every bag and recount it when it was under...it took her ages and she did it all with a smile on her face...Now that is not just good staff its great staff...well done NAB

I was third in the queue and after 5 mins I was the next to be served. A NAB personnel came to enquire what I needed done and quickly established that she was able to assist and took care of my business within the minute. Very efficient and glad that NAB has the common sense to not let their customers wait too long in the queue.
