Generally Ok. They provide good merchandise usually good for gifts and special occasions. The layout of the store is generally ordered and one can easily find what looking for. Service is good but sometime a little sparse.

I am less enthusiastic about Myer than I was a while ago. The book section is very disappointing, and there is usually no good help available. A recent unpleasant service experience in ladies lingerie has turned me off going back in a hurry as the assistant was unhelpful. The new policy of not transferring stock between stores has made me decrease my shopping there. The attitude towards customers is less positive than before.
