Was very disappointed with unprofessional services at perfume department. First of all the stock was not refilled, messy and no testers available, bottles were empty. Secondly, staff had very limited understanding and knowledge where everything was, very limited English knowledge, no customer service culture what so ever. No smiles, no offers, no interest in anything, felt like they're just waiting for the pay check for just physically being there. Gift wrapping was another disaster. Even the first grader in primarily school would've handled scissors better than the store assistant. It's taken her 45 min to completely stuff up 3 boxes, the zigzagging cut of wrapping paper ( she wasted about 5 metres of paper trying to cut it to the size of rectangular box) , crooked sticky taped corners.... After all this circus I discovered that she didn't even remove prices ( I had to wrap it again at home). At least she could've been honest by telling me that she can't do it, and not to waste my time. On exiting the store there was another discovery that she didn't deactivate the security tags and the alarms went off. No one cared, and when I went back in and approached another person to deactivate tags she couldn't even bother to do something about it, again very limited English, shoulder raises, blank looks .... I don't blame workers , I think it's just a bad management which leads to appalling service and absolutely destroys the brilliant name of Myers store.

Great store with some great cheap products.had a special on clothing when i was instore.I did not know that Myers had cheap items -i was stoked.

Quality is exceptional. Myer always delivers good quality clothing. Service is great as well however things from Myer tend to be overpriced which is why i only shop during sales.

Myer is a great quality store with great value and quality. I always shop their to buy something that will last a long time. The space in the store is great but there is not as much staff as you would expect in a 4 storey storey. Overall it is fantasic and i recomend everyone to shopp there if you want the best brands and quality.

I like shopping here, it's quiet, I can get around with my stroller with no problem.

This department store has a wide range of homewares, clothing, electronic & electrical appliances, etc and usually has some items on sale at any particular time. More expensive than K-mart for similar items but overall quality is better. Service is good except during sale times when the store can be rather untidy, especially in the clothing section.

I like coming to Myer to browse through the items they have on sale. The prices are reasonable, but I would only buy some of the clothes or shoes if the price has been reduced, as the normal price is often inflated. However, the quality of the clothing and shoes is in general higher than a lot of other stores.

Myer is a great place to shop as they have great sales on almost everything they stock. I love the childrens clothing section as I can always find something trendy for my kids. Also the service at Castle Towers is great, staff are very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst stocked Myer outlets and the service is definately in need of improvement. From being ignored to not being able to get service at a checkout, I suppose the only reason they are still in business is because they are a Myer chain.

i was looking for the perfect present for my mum, but had so many options. a staff member, roughly the same age as my mother broke down categories of options for my final choice. when i decided i wanted a slow cooker, she showed me the best valued slow cooker, one that she herself uses at home.
