Great range and great staff (except for the beauty and makeup sections- quite rude and stuck up) but otherwise great reward system :)

Very upmarket. Service was mainly good but at times hard to find anyone to help. GQuality of goods is exceptional.

Approximate cost: $150

The staff are friendly when you can find them, obviously had a cut back in staff as there are very few payment desks that actually have a person on the cash register, the worst experience was in the electrical dept, my son and I waited for over 1 1/2 hours for someone to answer a query about a Laptop computer, we ended up at Harvey Norman and bought it there. Also why this Myers have got rid of the cafe is a total mystery, TAKE A LOOK AT THE MYER MELB STORE, CAFES ON NEARLY EVERY LEVEL !!! and packed !!! The management at the Booragoon store need re-training.

I always find staff helpful and friendly at the checkout. Always get reminded to add to my Myer 1 points card. Plenty of variety and regular great sales. The Homewares section is extensive with lots of displays. Staff are happy to help with sizes and availability in other stores around Australia. Toilet facilities on most levels are always hygenic and clean
