Great ponies, wonderful people, happy day
I have used this pony service twice now and both times our kids have been thrilled. The ponies are so beautiful, well cared for and loved. Price was very reasonable and they were on time both times, stayed a little longer than booked to give kids more fun. Recommend My Pony Party to anyone

Beware of this operation. They exploit young workers and dont pay them and then get abusive when you try to intervene and assist. We have an active case with Fair Work NSW. They have also been in trouble with the Tax Practioners Board. Google it for more detail on what you are in for.
Organised 3rd bday Party, was due to start at 5pm with two horses from my pony party. At 5 I called and they hadn’t left yet!!! It was. A 1.5 hour drive!! After abusing them they arrived 2 hours late. Not sure if they would have arrived at all if I hadn’t called. Surprisingly they were very nice and so were the horses but they seemed to think it was acceptable to be 2 hours late for a party which was supposed to last for around 2 hours!!! Don’t use them.

I attended this party and want to thank this customer for highlighting that customers must follow procedure of the terms and conditions accepted by every customer who books. If it is forecast for rain on the day of your booking customers must notify My Pony Party by 9am on the day of their booking if they are going to proceed in wet weather. As this person admits he did not contact the business until 5pm, did not respond to earlier contact from the business and he did not follow procedure. As a result this event started late and was completed in the rain. It was a lovely party. The event also cost him half what he has said.
The Facebook review was deleted by the business. This company did not deliver on their contract. There were no unicorns at the unicorn party. When questioned, management got very aggressive, yelling and screaming in front of 3-5 year old children. During pass the parcel management said to vacate the premises as the host said "this has ruined my daughter's party". She then did not allow us to pack up under the gazebo before she pulled it down on top of our heads, impacting one guest. As we promptly packed our cars and began to vacate and continue the party across the road, she took it further by holding all of the guests (including special needs children) hostage for about 2 hours until the police arrived. She then argued with the police as all the guests were able to leave. She tried claiming every term and condition was breached, including adults of being intoxicated at a 10am unicorn party for a 4 year old, totally outrageous. Thank goodness the police were able to sort it out promptly after their arrival (approximately 2 hours after the ordeal started). We will be taking legal action against this company. Everyone beware!!!
Thank you again to this person for highlighting the need for customers to follow and comply with the terms and conditions of their booking. Thank you to the police who staff called and who were very helpful in this matter, we are thankful for their help throughout. This person was not our customer and did not attend the event. We know who Rachel is and the matter is being reviewed by the police again. The actual customer is this person's family. There was no breech of terms, this customer made a preliminary enquiry about a unicorn but forgot to request it when she booked. All customers are asked to verify the details of their booking on their invoice before proceeding or making payment. This customer failed to do so. The result was extremely aggressive, abusive behaviour from this customer, her husband and many adults who attended. This is also a breech of the terms and conditions of the booking. The police warned the customer and have been very helpful, we did not want to proceed further. We have also reported this "review" as being false and referred the matter back to the police who warned the customer to remove all reference to this event from the internet and to tell her family and friends to do the same. Word of Mouth have also been asked to remove the comment but have failed to comply.
Also this comment and the associated event controversy that was falsely reported by the customer has been great advertisement and drawn more business than we could ever have paid for. So thanks for that. If customers have a genuine dispute we welcome them to contact us to resolve it or to use fair trading which is the appropriate legal avenue.
Highly recommended! We have used their services twice for my daughters birthdays and cant wait to see them again in September! Staff is very professional and helpful, they helped us to get the council permit for public park in Sydney and were always on time and reliable, nice people and great animals. We had mini farm for one birthday and pony rides for the following one. ECXELLENT SERVICE!

Highly professional!!!!!! I have hired them many times. Great business. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent ponies, not the old nags I've seen elsewhere. Clean and healthy gee gees. Staff were always well prepared, equipped and experienced. They took care of the ponies and the kids. They took care of everything, easy to book, no hassle to call them, answered all my emails, any questions we had. My daughter said it was the best party ever, her friends are still talking about the first one we had a few years ago and we have had many since. It has been a delight. Our girls now do riding with them. Great instructors, qualified, really good with our girls. And they love their horses and ponies. :( I guess there are some people I would hang up on too !!!!!!!!!!!????????

Highly unprofessional in thier job. They get offended over customers asking to tailor their packages and then HANG UP!! Very glad I did not have to find out what type of people they are on the day I needed them. I say keep looking. Their low pricing truley reflects on their low people skills. Cheers guys.
This customer was quoted a special price that she still could not afford, she then threatened to ruin the business if she didn't get a better deal. Business going on and strong.....
