When I saw this cake shop open around the corner from me I thought Whoo Hoo, this is going to be handy. So I gave them a go...what a dissapointment...first I was told that the cake was going to be a mud cake as requested by me only it was not a mud cake at all...in terms of decoration, I requested certain things like an iphone, well what came back to me was some sort of thing that looked like a remote control maybe??? the picture that I also asked for was so small, you had to look real close to see it, the lipstick wasn't bad and probably the only decent thing on the cake. The initial that she put on the cake to symbolise my daughters name was more like a worm crawling around on the cake. I was very dissappointed with the whole thing, the lady herself and customer service skills were friendly enough, but not so tasty and pleasing on the eye. I will not return to this store again.
