'My Au Pair' was born when a retired professional turned busy mother, Summer West-Kennett, realised that there was a huge hole in the market for a platform that covered all bases to do with the hunt for good Au Pairs, live in or out, reliable and trust worthy babysitters and several other childcare options. Not only did she have first hand experience as an au pair growing up she has had several years of using au pairs, nannies and babysitters as part of her family and found the process long winded and disappointing most of the time. Summer wanted to make the process of hiring help for your babies a smooth and successful process that left both the family and the candidates happy and content.

There were limited resources available to both the job seekers and Families that were looking to connect with their ideal employees. So she thought she would create her own individual, unique yet incredibly powerful agency of her own.

My Au Pair - Australia was born...

My Au Pair operates out of Sydney and Melbourne and plans on extending to the other cities across Australia soon! My Au Pair offers services to help families place Au Pairs, Nannies (both live-in and out) babysitters and other various childcare options.

My Au Pair service includes a very personalised family visit in order for our staff to make a perfect match between the families and candidates on offer!

My Au Pair go above and beyond and we strive to provide our families with the best candidates on the market for all different lifestyles and budgets.
