Let me start off by saying the Guitar (Les Paul Special) is fantastic. I haven't gotten to spend much time with it yet but it's the coolest Les Paul I could possibly want and I think I've finally found my blues machine. Now to the review -They maintained constant correspondence with me online while I waited for the my guitar to be delivered. I am very happy with how quickly the guitar got from there shop to my house and how well they organized my preorder. On those merits, I am giving Muso's Corner an "excellent" rating. They organized my preorder very well and I am very much looking forward to making many happy memories with my new Guitar. Thanks Muso's Corner

I wouldn’t even give a star the first time I went in a few weeks ago I was completely ignored by the new “manager of foleys” but it’s ok to walk around saying I’m the manager I’m the manager but not actually do any work. Then a few days ago I went in again and Customers were lined up there was a female staff member run off her feet looked like she was working really hard to try and do two things at once which was serving a customer whilst on the phone to another customer, while the manager was having a good old chat to someone down the other end of the store. Hats off to the female I’m not sure of her name but she’s usually in foleys she always goes above and beyond to give the best customer service and is a really lovely person.

Have spent over $7000 with this company after buying 1 particular guitar got home to discover damage on headstock. Spoke with staff who are all amazing at their jobs who put me onto the manager who refused to accept that the damage was done from their end wouldn't accept a return or even compensation for the item stating that "it's your guitar now" offered photos to show item was damaged during transit still refused. This manager was rude argumentative and unhelpful. Buyers beware.

I purchased a number of items from the original building (on Bank Corner) in the mid 80s, including my first electric guitar, amp, & synthesiser. Back then you would goto Sydney to purchase music gear at the right price. Now you don't, and they stock rare items. The staff are helpful, and over the last few years they helped me with purchasing guitars for my kids.

I bought an instrument here and it was a terrible experience. The instrument was delivered with a mistake and it took over a month to get it solved. There was a lack of ownership taken by musoscorner for the mistake, communication pas poor (I had to chase this myself many times, I wasn't called back when I was told I would, I was yelled at by someone one the phone, etc). I don't recommend buying from this place.

Just an awesome place to visit and buy musical equipment!They were very helpful but sometimes over-powering but over all I think I will be visiting there again for my next musical need!
