Purchased a cello from them, the bow broken before even start using it. What's worst is, they refused to take any responsibility.

This is a great little shop that provides awesome products with awesome service! They also have a Music School on site with over 500 students! They have the some of the best musical tutors in the Hunter Region if not the state at this school! Simply awesome!!!
