Fast service and always friendly. At least they serve decent fish. Not that imported frozen garbage. I go there once a week and haven't had a problem. Maybe the sooks that complain about the wait time should place there order by phone.

Terrible food and customer service. The wait for basic food is nearly an hour. Unorganised and unhygienic.
Would not recommend as this was our first experience.

Honestly not from me!! Came here for a holiday, seen great reviews on the fish and chip shop. Ordered and had to wait over 1/2 an hour for our food, the portion size is ridiculous for the price you have to pay. The shop was filthy, the drinks fridge was covered in condensation. The manager I believe was telling people who called up for orders that they had to wait longer than they were told. Will definitely not be going back there again.

After our favourite hot dog and chip shop shut down we decided to give this place a go.
Hot chips are great but don't seem to get much for your money.
Hot dogs are very small and not very nice.
Hamburger patty was too thick and also didn't taste very nice.
Haven't tried the fish from this place but think we will just stick with the chips and gravy as they seem to do that good.

The store is a little pricey, however the quality makes up for the cost. The food is some of the best i have tasted. One thing that does let it down however is the trading hours.

Have been here twice now and both times have been quite happy with their fish, chips and burgers but not their potato cakes, as they seem to be shrinking and are quite crisp.

Service has been fast and friendly and the fish tasted fresh, chips crispy not oily and the burgers perfect. Will return but will avoid the potato cakes.

This is our second visit to this fish and chip shop. We were so impressed both times. The service is fantastic, our 4yr old son enjoyed the lolly snake they gave him :)
The prices are about right and the chips taste amazing! Perfect little shop for a quick bite to eat. Love to take it down and eat along the river.

great fish and chip shop did get my lunch here while here for work and the chips were so nice not dripping with oil just right and not heaps of salt piled on as well the bit of fish was a little on the small side but was enjoyable great friendly service from staff and the prices were great as well

My partner and I were walking down the street one afternoon and I was craving fish and chips so we stopped by here and order some food. Services was ok, the fish and chips were cooked perfectly defiantly will stop by there again if we want fish and chips again.

They make the best chips here, the fish and chips were crispy, service was quite fast considering it was busy. Obviously we are not the only ones who like ordering here. We also got a hamburger which was tasty well cooked and huge.
