the coffee is ok, the service isn't. The staff will talk amongst themselves whilst taking my order then ask me to repeat myself. I've been a few times due to convenience but haven't been back. Shame because i love their apple muffins but the rude service, just isnt worth it

The people were polite enough but clearly did not enjoy their work and so I haven't been back as I prefer to buy where the people seem happy.Also when I complained that my cappuccino was a lukewarm latte they weren't apologetic and made me feel bad that I asked for the cappuccino I ordered.
